Yes. We strongly encourage it. Plain stock samples are available free of charge (shipping cost applies). Custom printed samples are available at a small cost and typically take 7–10 working days to produce. Please mention your sample request in the form or WhatsApp message.
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment (T/T bank transfer). For new customers, 100% payment before production may be required. Flexible terms are available for established clients. We accept T/T, L/C and other standard trade payment methods.
Yes. Our MOQ starts at 500 pcs for plain cups. We work with independent coffee shops ordering a few thousand units per month as well as national restaurant chains ordering full containers. We'll recommend the most cost-effective solution for your volume.
